Enrolment FAQ

How does payment work?

To secure your child's place, you are required to make a deposit at the end of the Enrolment form below.

Beyond that, you will pay yearly or termly fees as agreed with your Admissions Officer.

Are there any extra costs?

Beyond the main MVA school fees, additional fees are required to enter your child into their final GCSE and A-level examinations. These fees are payable to the exam board and are separate from MVA school fees.

What if MVA is not right for us?

You may withdraw your child at any time subject to our Admissions Policy. You will also find our refund policy here, too.

What happens next?

fter you've filled out the Enrolment Form and we've confirmed payment - congratulations! Your child has a place at MVA!

Your Admissions Officer will pass you to our Pupil Onboarding team who will be in touch to prepare them for their first day. :). You will also find our refund policy here, too.

Please read if you are dual enrolling your child or your local council or school is funding their place.

👉 if you are intending to dual enrol your child, their registered school must give consent and contact attendance@minervavirtual.com to initiate the process of parent-funded dual enrolment.

👉Please note if your child has an EHCP, and you haven't already spoken to us about it, we suggest you contact us prior to enrolment to discuss how this will need to be processed. You can find out more information about this by visiting our SEND webpage or emailing ehcp@minervavirtual.com

👉If you intend to de-register your child and haven't already done so, it is essential to inform the school that they will be electively home-educated by Minerva's Virtual Academy. Please refer to our Parental De-Registration Template for further guidance.
